Although IELTS or TOEFL requirement is based on the university you are applying to, there are universities where you can apply without IELTS. In case you have not taken English proficiency test, you need to demonstrate English proficiency by securing over 70% in English in High School or providing a proof of English as your medium of instruction in your school.
