No, graduation is required in 3D animation plus VFX, as it is a Diploma course which will provide you the information.

If the graduation has been a learning activity and there is a job coming your way through graduation, then doing a PG in distance is okay but the candidate has to work very hard, really hard on the personal + professional front.
