1. The eligibility for a course in animation is a 10+2 degree, but the actual criterion for admission is creativity.

Not specifically to the institute you mentioned, but the typical fee structure for a 3D animation course costs you around 2 - 4 LAC.
Fee is completely depended upon course duration and the softwares you learn.
As you mentioned about middle class family, that's not a problem if you are passionate and creative. you may learn individual software via online, YouTube tutorials, or from any individual professional. That will costs you very less. certificate does not matter for graphic /animation jobs in India.

You should visit the institute you are talking about, get proper details about the course and then ask one or two students of the same course, you will get better insights.
