Registration procedure for B.E./B.Tech courses of PCET follows a set procedure that candidates should register themselves in TNEA counseling, followed by filling online the prescribed TNEA registration form in order to furnish all information, followed by which, certification verification takes place. It follows strictly a merit selection, according to the Class 12 scores of the students for subjects, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Once the merit list is published, candidates can fill their course preferences during the choice filling stage. Finally, seat allotment occurs based on ranks and preferences, leading to confirmation of admission at PCET.

The selection criteria for admission to the B.E./B.Tech courses at Park College of Engineering and Technology are based on the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions process, which is managed by Anna University. Applicants need to meet the following requirements:Eligibility: The candidates must have passed 10+2 with aggregate marks of at least 50% in Physics Chemistry, and Mathematics. Eligibility criteria for reserved categories are different.Admission Process: Merit-based, through the counseling process of TNEA, based on candidates' performance in their qualifying examination-Class 12.Application: Now, the students are supposed to join the TNEA counseling process. The seat allotment will be given considering the final merit rank obtained by the students.
