Candidates must attain a minimum age of 21 years of for being eligibile to fill the PTET application form 2024. There is no upper age limit for the same and candidates who have a undergraduate or post graduate degree with a minimum of 50% in qualification can apply. For candidates belonging to reserved categories, there is a relaxation of 5% in the qualification marks.

AMU offers a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) course for a duration of two years in a full-time mode. To be eligible for the AMU B.P.Ed course, candidates should now be more than 27 years as of 01st July in the year of admission. As of July 1st of the exam year, candidates must be no older than 30 years old for general candidates and 35 years old for candidates from Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes or Other Backward Classes (according to University of North Bengal and Bar Council of India guidelines). There is no maximum age for students who are foreign nationals.
