No. To be eligible for AAT, all of the candidates are required to have attempted and qualified JEE Advanced. Only those candidates who have secured the minimum passing marks in JEE Advanced will be able to log in and register for AAT. For AAT registration process, the candidates will have to provide their registration number and date of birth. Without the credentials, the candidates will not be able to register for AAT. Hi,
If you have qualified in JEE Mains paper 1 or JEE Mains paper 2 then you can take up JEE Advanced exams. An architecture aspirant can take up JEE Advanced AAT to get admission in IIT's.

AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) is an entrance exam for admission to IIT-Kharagpur and IIT-Roorkee. Candidates desiring to join the B.Arch programme available at both these IITs must appear in AAT. Only those candidates who have qualified in JEE Advanced are eligible to appear in AAT in 2019. The Joint Implementation Committee of JEE Advanced 2019 will decide the cut-off marks for passing AAT. Candidates securing marks above the cut-off will be declared PASS in the test. There is no separate ranking in the AAT. There is no separate cut-off for students of any category.
