If you have qualified in JEE Mains paper 1 or JEE Mains paper 2 then you can take up JEE Advanced exams. An architecture aspirant can take up JEE Advanced AAT to get admission in IIT's.

It's your choice to give AAT Advance. According to me, you have to take a chance and give AAT Advance.
