Every university has an admission decision review board separately, they will scrutinize every application individually. So, we can't say for sure that you could get an admission if you had some x number of backlogs and cleared them. Your admission decision also depends upon your SOP, LOR's, technical projects, extracurricular activities, any internship or job experience so on

Additionally, you have to pay tuition fee which depends on the college. Hi Hardik,
This is a very generic question and will depend on your education background, interest and career plans. Since no course or university can guarantee you a job, you should know what you are looking for and decide accordingly.

You are an electrical engineer and for electrical engineering, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany are the best places to study. And for that, you need to appear in GRE (mainly for USA) and TOEFL/IELTS and with that your academic record is also important.
