First of all, choose any college or University. See it's requirements for admission like IELTS. Experience documents. Then, apply for the admission and when you get offer letter then apply for the visa in embassy.

You may get a scholarship. It's up to the university and your overall application package. You should also apply early, as soon as the universities announce the admission rounds, you should apply and not wait till the deadline.

Hi Avinash Sharma, you have to apply for a job to get one. And, to apply for a job you have to know what kind of job exists for you and where. Look out for job portals and check international openings. It won't be easy to get a job abroad doing BBA you may get very basic entry level jobs but may not be worth it. Consult with some immigration agents and learn about the rules and norms in various countries, the jobs in demand and decide or apply accordingly.
