Yes, NHC Marathahalli provides placement support to final-year BCom students. It also provides industry-oriented training for soft skills & aptitude, to prepare students for the recruitment process and the job. To be eligible to participate in the placement drives, the final-year students must have a CGPA of at least 6.75 during the previous years of the programme. They are required to maintain an attendance of at least 75% attendance to take part in placement process.

As per the information available on the web, NHC Marathahalli reserves certain seats for SC/ST candidtates. However, there is no official information about the seat reservation policy on the NHCM website. The college may follow the reservation guidelines prescribed by the state government.
