Yes, BCom students at NHC Kasturinagar can apply for a scholarship if they have scored less than 85% in Class 12/II PUC exams. However, this option is available only for the New Horizon students. Students from other schools/colleges cannot apply for a scholarship if they have scored less than 85% in Class 12.
