Yes, you can definitely pursue distance education from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) University. You can also give the exams online. Yes, you can take admission in the School of Economics and Commerce at CMR University for a B.Com programme without CMRUAT. Admission inthe B.Com program  does not require CMRUAT. The admission are on the basis of your 12th class marks And you check the offical website of CMR for further information and you can also contact to the office of CMRU and ask about all  the programs and your qurries
