Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Landran is one of the premier institutes and was established in 2001. The college has been ranked by ranking bodies such as NIRF and Times India.  CGC Landran BCom course admission is merit-based. The selection criteria for BCom course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Additionally, candidates must have a Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 33% aggregate from a recognised board to apply for BCom course. After the completion of the selection rounds, institution will notify the selected candidates of their admission status, typically through email or other appropriate means. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seats in the college. The total fee for BCom is INR 2.5 lakh. The fee is calculated based on the semester. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.
