SSSIHL BCom fees is zero. The institute does not charge any fees from its students as the institute provide free, high quality education to all students. Hindusthan College of Arts and Science accepts only the score obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination. There is no need to appear for any entrance test. Class 12 or equivalent examination marks are enough for HICAS BCom course admission.
