Yes u can. But only if you have studied in rtu university and there is no backlog in 1st yr. If you are eligible in that, then you should have to give application in your college and rtu. Before doing that, you should contact with govt engg college ajmer in which you want to take admission.

Hi,
Yes, you can enroll in CFA you are eligible. Register yourself through their website. You can take simultaneously. But, it's hard to maintain. Focus on the Single thing either CFA or M.Com

Hello mayur hegde. PES university is good. Placements : Placements are good for CSE and IT but not for mechanical. This college has a good reputation in Bangalore. The package this year is around 6 lac. The college is strict but has a good reputation so placements will be fine for you. But you have to struggle a lot in mechanical. Infrastructure : It has a good infrastructure. It has one good cricket ground, lawn tennis court and all other ground and courts. 2 buildings for the college. Hostel facilities. Yes, you can do both CA and B.Com together If you completed class 12th, so you are eligible for
CA course.
Here, I will tell you the details about CA.
The course consists of three main levels:
Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
12th pass candidate eligible for CPT. Its duration is 8 months.
CPT Exam Details: CPT is an Objective type test requiring Basic Knowledge of the subjects covered. CPT will be held two times in a year: June and December. Professional Competence Course (IPCC) and Practical Training

First of all nothing is difficult and same time nothing is easy.
B.Tech is a very technical subject if you can understand the concept than you can score more than 90%, and if you are not Ware of your concepts than you can fall short.
So, study hard asking these types of questions doesn't make it easy for you, you still have to study. All the best.
