ICAI conducts its foundation called CPT which is conducted yearly twice, minimum qualification required to appear CPT is atleast 50% in +2. Coming to syllabus, it includes mathematics (+2 level), Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mercantile law (called business law). It is conducted in physical mode (paper-pen), with 2 sessions a day.
