The highest package can go as high as 12 to 18 LPA. But the average remains at around 5-6 LPA. Decent scores are fine but most of the time they do not have any significant value. I have seen students scoring less but getting a good package because of their aptitude and communication skills.

Here, you can directly go for human resource specialisation either with job experience or through MBA or any equivalent degree like PGDM/PGDBA. If you wish to continue your job, you can opt for PGDM from distance learning. Nowadays, there are a lot of universities offering the distance degree in business administration all over India.
