You will be glad to know that B.Com graduate get an exemption in both CS and CA. For you the first Exam I. e the entrance or foundation will be exempted. Will registering online for examination and enrollment please choose direct scheme for graduates.

ICMAI does not mention any minimum percentage criteria that you need to fulfil. You just need to be a graduate in order to be eligible for CMA intermediate.
