I hope you are doing well. If you are talking about the B.Tech branches i.e. CS or IT then you should start with IIITs as they are having CS branch and after that NITs are having CS branch.

B.Tech is a better option as it is a professional degree/ course whereas B.Sc. is not professional but it is a simple degree. The way technology is growing and impacting our life CSE is an option that is going to offer endless opportunities to candidates. You can get the information from above link. But I think you can't pursue ICWA because it had accounting terms which you are not familiar to as you are an arts student. So please check out the link for the reliable information for the same. Hope this helps.

If you have any quota, then you get admission in DU colleges and it is the best for you, otherwise, you can take admission in private colleges.

No its cmpltly based on your hard work and your concepts that your learnt in class 12th. Because level is little bit tough btw uhh need practise. If uhh do this uhh didnot find any difficulty to clear your semesters.yess bcom honors accounts is little bit different from the 12th class accounts btw if learn the basic concepts uhh did not find any difficulty in them.best off luck for ur future
