You have many options of Diplomas after graduation as I am also a working person and it's easy to do Diplomas. You can do a Diploma in taxation, Diploma in accounting, Diploma in import and export, all these are 1-year courses.

You can go for CA as you are graduated now so you don't have clear the Entrance exam and directly go the inter that is IPCC Exam
Or, MBA is also the best option provided you do it from a good college by giving entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, etc.
