We should not compare the two; both the universities are good at their place. But as a student of LPU I would like to say LPU is best because in India LPU is one of best private university. Its ranking, placement, education, infrastructure and diversity make this university one of a kind.Ranking: - LPU comes under top 100 amongst all private and Government University. No, you cannot pursue both the courses simultaneously. You will have to complete your UG Diploma first in order to qualify for the PG Diploma.

Well, that's a very rare case because faculty is very strict on students regarding that, faculty make their best efforts. And in a rare case, if that happens, students need to appear in retest until he/she passes. You just have to fill the back form and give the exam next semester
