Yes, you can apply for the first group of CA final exam now if you have cleared the second group in 2008. As per the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) guidelines, a candidate is eligible to appear for the CA final examination after completing the Articleship training and clearing both groups of the CA intermediate examination. Yes, you can get the addition in NSIT. Go though counseling procedure and list out your colleges. Put college name series which you want first then after second like wise give colleges name. Hope.
