There are two types of financial accounting; Aash Accounting and Accrual Accounting.Cash accounting is a method of Accounting where transactions are recorded when cash is received or paid out, rather than when revenues are earned or expenses are incurred. On the other hand, Accrual accounting is a method of accounting where revenues and expenses are recognised when they are earned or incurred, regardless of when the actual cash transactions occur.
