According to the merit list, I do not think 92 is enough for top colleges. However, you can wait for COMEDK for the second round.

I think you can get admission in aeronautical engineering branch in Acharya Institute of Technology. They have management quota seats which they are calling as direct admission. They do admit students based on KCET as well as COMEDK exams also. Some deemed universities and autonomous institutes might conduct their own entrance exam for admission to B.Tech LEprogrammes offered by them.

Lateral entry is only applicable for Diploma qualified students.

Acharya Institute of Technology is a very well known Institute in Bangalore. It admits students based on KCET or COMEDK rankings. Closing ranks of aeronautical engineering branch has closed around 10000 KCET rank. But then it is a dynamic figure and depends on students choices in the current year.
