Hi Puneet among other so many colleges in India I would like to recommend you highly the Bhim Rao Ambedkar College as compared to Acharya Narendra Dev Bharti College as this college has better placement opportunities.

Acharya Narayan Dev college is one of the constituent college of Delhi University. It is popular for its many courses in arts and sciences for higher studies. It is a very renowned college in Delhi University's south campus. The cut offs remain high in Delhi university's colleges. The diploma in different language are taken through the percent of marks that you obtained in your semester exam and it usually remain higher that 6 SGPA to take admission into a diploma course in Spanish.

List of DU colleges offering B.Com (Hons)
Reservations and quota system in DU :
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. Eligibility for B.Com (H)-
10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education. Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable. No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis. I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
