ACLAT Eligibility

The ACLAT eligibility criteria is for graduates applying to the LLM programme at Alliance University, Bangalore. Here's a breakdown of the key requirements:Educational Qualification: You must hold an LLB degree or a qualified equivalent recognised by the Bar Council of India. Candidates with a graduation in any stream are also eligible for the exam. Minimum Marks:General Category: At least 45% aggregate marks in your LLB programme.Reserved Category (SC/ST): At least 40% aggregate marks in your LLB programme.Nationality: Candidates can be from any country. However, the registration and admission fee for foreign candidates will be higher.

ACLAT is an exam conducted by Allaince University for admissions in various law program. This is an objective question exam which is an offline exam.
Here are a few eligibility conditions for ACLAT exam:
1. Candidate passed class 12th exam with more than 45% marks for Bachelor program. For LLM, candidate has to pass with more than 45% marks. And for PhD program, candidate has to score more than 55% marks in their LLM degree. 5% Less in all programs is allowed for SC/ST candidate.
2. Candidate who are in the final year of their qualifying exam can also appear in exam.
3. General Candidate who are applying for UG program- Age must be less than 20 years and for SC/ST, age limit is 22 years.
Candidate who fulfil all the eligibility conditions and score good marks in the exams and personal interview.
