There are a total of 250 seats in MBBS course of ACS Medical College and Hospital. The college offers seats to MBBS programme based on NEET-UG rank of the candidates. Selected aspirants are further required to participate in the counselling rounds. The counselling shall entirely be based on the seat matrix provided by National Medical Commission.

Getting admission in ACS Medical College and Hospital requires qualifying NEET-UG or NEET-PG depending on the course aspirant wishes to pursue. NEET is a competitive exam due to limited number of seats and high number of applicants appearing for it every year. The key to qualify NEET is prepare well in advance and cover all the topics as per the syllabus and exam pattern. In 2024, the MBBS cutoff was 270532 which is not too difficult to score.

No, candidates cannot get admission in ACS Medical College and Hospital without a NEET score. The college considers NEET-UG rank for MBBS and NEET-PG rank for MD/ MS programmes.
