For popular theatre groups, payscale is less. It is somewhere between Rs. 25000/- to 35000/- per show.
For TV serials, actors earn around 75000/- to 1.50 lakh rupees per episode depending on the popularity.
For film actors: the freshers get Rs 8 lakh to 15 lakh per film. This will go up as you get popular and successful.

Most of the government film and acting schools accept minimum eligibility criteria as graduation. Eg: Pune Film Institute, National School of Drama-Delhi.
After class 12th, there are many options going for films and acting schools.
But, I would suggest you to complete your graduation. In case the acting career do not work well you will have other options in life to move on.
But anyways the choice is completely yours.
Here are list of few institutions which provide acting courses
FTII, Pune
The Institute offers 2 year PG Diploma in Acting.
National School of Drama (NSD), 3 year Delhi
NSD offers 3-year PG diploma in Dramatic Arts.
