Hi Kartar,
B.Sc in media management and BBA in media management have a very slight difference between them. Both the courses will offer a similar syllabus and exposure into the field and provide you equal opportunities to the best. However, BBA in Media Management will lead you straight to pursuing MBA which is into fashion these days. B.Sc in media management on the other hand is a Bachelors in Science in media management which isn't much into trend as of my research.

There are lot of courses like BMM,BA,BBA IN Media and communication. These courses will help you a lot. List of best mass media colleges are ISOMES,Mumbai and PUNE; St. Xaviers, Mumbai, Whistling Woods International, Symbosis Center for Media and communication.
