YouTube: This is one of the popular ideas. Start your YouTube channel. This will help you to become famous. Once you are famous, then you can join some popular channels like AIB, TVF, etc. I have seen some of the stand-up comedians in a few videos of AIB and TVF.
Reality Shows: If you are really talented at something (dancing, singing etc), then try to participate in reality shows like DID, Indian Idol. This way you will become famous, which will lead you to your dream of becoming an actor/actress.
More reality shows: If you don't have such talent, then try Roadies, Splitsvilla, etc. There are many Roadies, Splitsvillains in Bollyw

It is difficult to pursue two courses at the same time especially when they are totally different from each other. See what you want to become in your life- an actress or an IAS officer and then do specialisation in that particular field.

You have scored a good percentage and you will definitely get admission in B.A drama.
The basic criteria of all universities and colleges to apply for any course is completed 10+2 from a recognised university or board with the minimum marks.
You can go on some colleges websites and cyber cafe as well to know more about admission procedures.
