First, you need to complete your 10+2. Second, height is not a concern when it comes to acting. Height is only important in the modelling field. In acting, you only need the talent.

You can also become an actor along with your graduation or after you can join theater and acting school and polish your skills and command over it and try through theater and giving some film audition.

First of all, complete your education. Then, take proper training from any respective institute. Give auditions and then be a TV serial actor.

after 12th is the best time to choose these career so, Please complete your 12th first and choose a single department as a career.
join filmmaking institute for director actor or scriptwriter and dance academy for choreographer.
after your 12th you can join diploma in direction, acting and script writing. and pursue what you feel like the most

Scope is all based on your performance, what you have learned in that institute matters, if you learned everything the chances to be on good position would be high. Their is no such extra thing required because BJAS makes you learn every aspects of acting.
