Adelphi University offers a variety of living accommodations according to the preferred budget of the students. Each resident student granted University housing is required to pay a USD 300 housing deposit. Adelphi University allows all international students to work on-campus while studying in the institution. Working on campus at Adelphi is a great opportunity for international students to gain experience, build their resume and develop essential professional skills. While working on-campus at Adelphi University, students must follow the regulations listed below:Employment is limited to no more than 20 total hours per week while school is in session;Employment must be performed on the school’s premises or at an off-campus location which is educationally associated with the school’s established curriculum or related to contractually funded research projects at the postgraduate level;Employment can be used while the student is maintaining valid status and is pursuing a full course of study at Adelphi;On-campus employment is not available after the student completes their programme of study; andUpon initial entry to begin a new course of study, an F-1 student may not begin on-campus employment more than 30 days prior to the actual start of classes.
