People of this college are very much satisfied with this college and admire it. There is 90% placement rate which boasts less chance of complaints regarding that topic. The highest package was 9.8 lpa.Some do feel that management needs to improve the labs. Otherwise very decent remarks on infrastructure and facilities provided in the campus. People praise the education standards here too, claiming it to be one of the best in North East.

At Assam Down Town University (ADTU) to get admission in MBA students  are required to have a Bachelor's degree from any stream, ensuring a 50% aggregate from a recognised board of education.This is a renowed college and also has a 5% relaxation for SC/ST students.

For admission in  MBA  at Assam Down Town University (ADTU), candidates are required to hold an undergraduate  degree from any Recognised university in any domain, with a minimum of 50% aggregate, as specified by a recognised educational board. For B.Tech : at Assam Down Town University, candidates need to have completed 12th grade or an equivalent degree. For General category students must have a minimum of 45% marks in their qualifying exam, while reserved category students (sc/st)need at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam. Yes, you can join ADTU (ASSAM DOWN TOWN UNIVERSITY) for MBA without writing XAT exam.To seek admission in the MBA program, candidates who have completed their Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline are eligible. Admission is granted based on the marks scored in the last qualifying examination. Valid MAT scores are also accepted for admission. SC/ST candidates receive a 5% relaxation in eligibility criteria.for doing MBA from ADTU you must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University with atlest 45 percent marks.

ADTU - Assam Down Town University admissions are open for all courses. For MBA admissions there is no entrance test to be given. Admission is done on the graduation percentage which should be around 50 percent. To get admission in the B.E/ B.Tech course at ADTU (JEE Mains) conducted by NTA (national testing agency) is considered with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognised university. For BSC admissions TJEE counselling is considered in ADTU.

ADTU Guwahati  offer admission to various courses such as UNDERGRADUATE (UG), Diploma, Dual degree and post graduate (PG).1)MBA2)Engineering3)Pharmacy4)Nursing and5) Allied Health Sciences.but the most famous course is B.E /B.Tech and admission to same is based on JEE score.
