Yes, you can become a pilot even if you are from the commerce stream. You can clear the 12th class mathematics and physics from NIOS board. Although the pilot course might be expensive for the commerce background students as they first need to clear physics and mathematics and then pursue the course.

Yes, absolutely you can clear all the DGCA exam papers before doing your flying. There are institutions in India where you'll be able to clear the papers. One such institution is Capt. Sail Khurana Aviation Academy at New Delhi. This institution will help you out in clearing all your DGCA exam papers.

The salaries of Pilots are similar all over the aviation market, it differs only on the basis of allowances that are paid to the pilots. Any FO can expect initial salary of around Rs. 1.3-2.0 lacs per month. The flying allowances range between Rs. 1700-2400 per hour. Layover allowances are paid at the rate of $18-24 per day. So for any FO who flies around 60-70 hours per month the salary ranges between Rs. 2.0-3.0 lacs per month. For captains the salary almost doubles i.e. Rs. 4.0-7.0 lacs per month, initially. This range includes almost all the salary packages offered by either schedules operators or non-scheduled operators.

I haven't heard of any such flying school. They might be a third party who will be sending you to some other school for training, probably outside India. Some good flying schools in India are listed under:
1. IGRUA Raebarelie
2. NFTI Gondia
3. Chimes Aviation, Sagar
4. NFC, Nagpur
5. BFC, Mumbai
6. Carver Aviation, Baramati
7. GMR Avaition Academy.
The minimum eligibility is class 12th with 50% marks in PCM.

It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible.
