There are many colleges in India for MA.But I would like to refer HINDU COLLEGE for MA. This is the best college for this course.For taking admission in college you have give exam CUET-PG.The college gives good placements with Good salary package.

No, you cannot appky for a PR in UK after living just for 2 years. In most cases, you would be required to have lived for a minimum of 5 years in the UK to apply for a PR in the UK (AKA Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK).
