Yes, you can join. But you have not mentioned the place from where you wish to pursue the MBA course. The list of few colleges is given below for an idea. The following B-schools can meet your requirements.

At this score, the admission in NITs and GFTIs are difficult. However, your home state quota is important. So, please participate in JEE Main counselling. Further you have another chance of improvement of your JEE Main score in April 2020. Private engineering entrance exams like VITEEE MAHE, LPU NEST and SRMJEEE are the another options if interested.

You can apply for BBA and BA courses in event management once you have completed class 12th with at least 50% marks. Admissions are done through the merit list prepared on the basis of class 12th board exam results. However, some universities may take a basic aptitude test as part of selection process.
