While pursuing B.J. M. C. you'll learn Print, Electronic Media, PR, advertising, Radio and so on. If you're highly interested in PR course then choose a Diploma course in PR. I don't know about top college in Maharashtra but search in Pune for top colleges for B.J. M. C. or PR course.

Advertising and Public Relation:
These two fields are different as it comes under Mass Communication and Journalism field. You can choose a specialization course in Advertising and a specialization course in Public Relations.

I strongly suggest you choose NIMCJ for PR and Advertising as they have good placement record and awarded three times for the best college in Gujarat for mass communication.
