Hi Sachin,
There is no course which can guarantee you a PR. You must choose a course depending on the job you want to do, depending on which professions are in demand and courses which will give you good scope after graduation. You cannot apply for a PR without finding a job first. You can check labor shortage list on New Zealand's immigration website. Finance, Accounting, Marketing are some sectors which have good demand.

Hi,
You won't get immediately after graduating. You must find a relevant job first and actually perform well, have good career growth. After a couple of years, i.e. 5-8 years you can apply for PR. It also depends on the market demand, you should be aware of labour shortage and professions in demand and show your relevancy.

CSSRL provides professional training with hand-on practicals to prepare you for the cyber security workforce. Different training programs have different eligibility, duration, fees etc. You can choose right program depending on your eligibility. You can call for counselling if details on website are not enough for you to decide.
If you have completed or are appearing for final year of graduation, you can consider Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security from CSSRL, which is a 6 month program and will cost you 45000 INR
