Hello Dear,
Actually, there are few universities who offer degree in specialised Advertising Area I. e. GJUS&T, Hisar. But now they merged their department with mass communication. But no issue you can do PG Diploma courses from number of institute or campuses. Even there is no need to do a separate degree or Diploma in advertising. If you already have done graduation or Masters in mass communication, then you should join as intern in any ad agency and try to get exposure of real advertising industry. That only thing can give your real practical exposure of advertising.
No one campus can give you real advertising exposure. Because each

Keeping yourself up to date with current affairs is a must. Also, a flare of writing should be there. IIMC entrance test is more like application based means whatever you have read or learnt how you apply it in media culture. So, apart from having the sound knowledge of subjects, you need to have a flare of writing.

Hello Dear,
I don't understand in what sense you are asking, but obviously the Indian advertising industry always follow the ethical protocols for advertising the product or services. Sometimes the industry breaks the rules, but again a number of authorities are there, who always check the standards of ads. So we can say that Indian advertising industry is really ethical and following the code of ethics for the same.

Research is indeed the best hallmark of a good place to learn Mass Media/Communication. Even for other subject's, the quality indeed gets manifested if the university offers quality research. Let me tell you one thing observed during education related counselling, Ph.D. from Government Universities or Central Universities still remain a quality thing because you get guides who are quite qualified on the academic part. There are strong notions that these days the quality has called to the new low all around in research. I shall suggest that you consider JNU, Jamia Milia Islamia, (find out IIMC courses for future) Amity University, Symbi

I am not sure what qualification you have currently, but let me clear this thing very frankly that Advertising is in D.Ed is a growing career and there are huge number of jobs, once you get skilled in Advertising domain with Creativity and skills. There are various domains of Advertising, not just production or designing. However, there is visible but limited scope of Advertising in government sector. The Public Relations or Promotion department are not big ones that they can take many people. There are less posts. If you have done some course and feel that you can do, then please do explore this area.
