Amity has opened it's Mumbai location after successful operation in other states. They are known to have good faculty and take all steps required to have a pleasant experience for the student. Hence I feel you can take admission here.

In Amity University, the fee for M.A. (PR & Event Management) is 1.15 lac for 1 year. This course is a 2 years regular degree course.

Your budget is very low, I don't think you will get any options in this budget. See if you can manage education loan. PR will depend on your job skill. You must firstly complete your studies, which has to be of two academic years to be eligible for work permit in Australia. You will have to secure a job and eventually PR which is not an immediate thing.

There is filmmaking course available at Seamedu School of Pro-Expressionism that includes cinematography as a part of its curriculum, but there is no full-fledged course for cinematography.
