Hello Rajat,
I don't understand how an university will give you a PR. You should check the Skilled Occupation List and get to know about the professions in demand, remember you have to first get a job. Talking about universities, it is always good to enrol into a top ranked university having strong industry network, however, getting a job will only depend on your own talents and academic performance. University of Melbourne is one of the best.

If you wish to end up in advertising then I would suggest you go for Masters in advertising or MAB in advertising. As after completing MJMC, you will end up becoming a copy writer.
