Canada has been good for many years. If you study there you get a better chance of getting job there. It is still the 1st choice among Indians.
But at the same time Australia is growing very fast in terms of giving jobs to Indians. The job prospects are more. Again, if you have Australian degree, you get better chance in getting jobs here.
In comparison, both are good but I think Canada is more well paid (But taxes are very high). So, I would suggest go for Australia. Rest is your decision.

Brush up on your current affairs, follow recent political, social and economical debates. Learn to elucidate your point of views in English or Hindi, depending upon the course of your choice.
I guess that should cover most of it. See sample papers of past years, which are readily available on the net and many shops.

These two are very similar, nevertheless, Corporate Communications is a broader term. It consists of all communication issued by the organisation to its stakeholders both internal and external, I.e ranging from employees & shareholders to media, industry & the public.
