You can attempt using different browser like internet explorer or Chrome or Mozilla. Your chances of getting Computer Science and Engineering at Bangalore campus and the main campus are very low, but you can get CSE at Coimbatore campus of Amrita University.

The scores for getting admission varies every year based on the candidates. So, I may tell you based on ranks. If you have a rank below 1000, then you could get a seat for CSE at Amrita University, Coimbatore.

I think they won't consider your board exam marks for admissions but there is some minimum eligibility. But you have scored more than what is needed. So, don't worry. Scholarship based on rank in Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering 2017:
10% of students admitted are eligible for the scholarship in the first year of B.Tech in each of the four campuses based on merit. This will be renewed in subsequent years as per the University rules. It is awarded as a waiver of tuition fee ranging from 90% to 25% depending on the rank in the Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering AEEE 2017.
Fee Waiver Based On High Ranks in State Board Exams and
10% of students admitted are eligible for the scholarship in the first year of B.Tech in each of the four campuses based on merit. This will be renewed in subsequent years as per the University rules.
