The candidates who wish to join the IAF Aeronautical Engineering should appear for the IAF entrance exam. The advertisement for the exam is published in all leading newspapers of the country. Candidates can also visit the official website of the IAF to know more details about the exam.

IIAE exam. The information available says that students have to apply based on their performance in class 12th and it does not talk of any exam by IIAE. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of the admission procedure in this institution.

HAL is a company and not a college. HAL conducts exams and interviews and the selected candidates are offered jobs.

Hello Adarsh, Seeking admission in aeronautical branch of engineering is exactly same as seeking admission to any other branch of engineering. For majority of engineering colleges, one has to pass some or the other entrance exam. Major exception is Tamil Nadu, where from this year onwards only 12th marks will be counted and no entrance exam. Some well known deemed universities also admit students directly who have scored very high marks like 80% or who are in merit list.

Admissions to private colleges in Karnataka are given via two CET's. One conducted by Govt of Karnataka for quota against government seats and second by COMEDK organized by private colleges in the state. You should appear for both the exams.
