There is not much scope in aeronautical as of now. But in future there will be. We've started working on a lot of research projects and the field is developing very fast these days.

Shanon Aerospace Lufthansa airlines subsidiary company in Ireland offers professional training for two years. Aeronautical Engineering will be the best choice if you target to work with companies like Boeing etc. Then you have to move to USA. If you are Graduate, try to go for MS in USA and then PhD

Companies which employ aeronautical engineers are:-
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.
Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)
Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO)

You can work in Aviation Industries after doing Aeronautical Engineering in various fields like Ground control, Designing, Manufacturing and testing or even research. Academic fees for Aeronautical Engineering at Manipal University is 2.75 lakhs per annum.
