* Salary :
Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc. But, to give you a brief view :
Engineers employed in government sectors are paid according to the official scales whereas in private sectors are paid according to the scales decided by the management of the company.
Engineering graduates with management degrees can get their initial income between Rs.10, 000 to Rs. 40,000 every month.
* As far as safety is concerned, in the current scenario, girls are almost into every field. There is no gender bias in any branch. The choice of the field entirely depends on you.
