Scope for these graduates is increasing with each passing year. What would be starting salary four years from now cannot be predicted but is expected to be quite comparable with other branches of engineering.

It is indeed very nice to hear from a student who has come all the way from South Sudan for studying in an engineering institution in India. You are saying that you have been in India for last 5 years and this indicates to me that you must be about to complete your graduation in aeronautical engineering. 100% placements is actually an uthopia, of course presently perhaps IT or CSE are the branches where placements nearing 100% is happening. The latest report by the Ministry of HRD of the Government of India has claimed that the average figure of placements for fresh graduates is just about 50%. The case is no better or no worse for aeronautical engineering branch. In fact, in India, the chances of placements in the core work area for aeronautical engineers is much worse since perhaps only DRFO and ISRO are the agencies who recruit aeronautical engineers.
