Other notable options are Carleton University, Royal Militaty College of Canada, Ryerson University, McGill University and Concordia University. Admissions are highly competitive, based on your academic performance, publications if any etc. MS programs are research oriented and some programs might require acceptance of a research supervisor.

Aerospace is a sub field of mechanical engineering so you will mostly find a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.You can select the required specialization during the final year.
