As a student of Chandigarh University, I recommend you my college. Chandigarh University is one of the best universities if you wish to study aerospace engineering. The university has great labs and very knowledgeable professors for enhancing the technical skills of the student. It is a NAAC A+ university having a very good campus and good facilities for students to have their overall development. The university organized many competitions in the aerospace field for the enhancement of the practical skills of its student. Chandigarh University is the best option for pursuing the dream of aerospace.

It is great to know that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical engineering branch after completion of your diploma in engineering. The best is of course IIT. You will need to score at least 75% in the Diploma and then clear JEE mains and JEE advanced for this. Hello Ankan, I am afraid, the opportunities for engineers of this branch in India are quite less. Only DRDO & ISRO are the two organisations who offer employment in the core branch. Jobs in private industries are almost non-existent. Of course as an engineer many are employed but it's not core branch job. The details of Salary or package in both government bodies is as per VII CPC and is quite attractive. For getting admission to various colleges in the country. Exams include JEE Advanced and several other institutes conduct their own entrance examination. Joint Entrance Examination is conducted in the month of January and May and is conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority. Students who have appeared in JEE Main Examination and have qualified with an AIR must apply for the counseling at JoSAA and other colleges.
