For books you can go for Easy Publication, and many online mock tests are also conducted. It will help you a lot.

You can prepare by scoring good marks while passing out of diploma school. Then seek lateral admission in college of your choice in your state offering Aeronautical engineering. Else based on diploma appear for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to get admission in one of the IIT's for your fav course.
